Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As a Portfolio Associate on Stryker’s Hip Business Unit team, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive the growth of our hip implant portfolio. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to bring innovative solutions to market that improve patient outcomes and surgeon satisfaction. You will play a vital role in managing product life cycles, conducting market analysis, and supporting go-to-market activities to ensure alignment with business goals. This role offers hands-on experience in a high-impact environment where your work directly contributes to advancing orthopaedic care globally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Organize & conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) to identify critical customer/user needs in product development.
• Assess business/sales trends for global new product introduction and communicate to key stakeholders.
• Assist with researching new markets, opportunities, and segments to support new product development.
• Support pre-commercialization plans for current and future product development projects.
• Support of sales and medical education training initiatives and programs as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0+ years of work experience

Preferred:

• Exposure supporting product development/design or marketing initiatives.
• Internship experience related to marketing, sales, product development, and/or healthcare.
• Degree in marketing, biomedical engineering, or related field

$58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.

Travel Percentage: 30%
