Introduction: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on hiring engineering talent, including Engineers and Associate Engineers, as well as supporting University Relations (UR) hiring initiatives such as campus recruitment, internships, and early careers programs.

Your Job:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, and referrals).
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview scheduling with stakeholders.
• Drive offer management, including salary proposal preparation, negotiation, and offer rollout.

Engineering & Technical Hiring

• Lead hiring efforts for Engineering roles (e.g., Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Associate Engineers).
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract niche semiconductor and technical talent.
• Ensure alignment with business needs and internal parity guidelines when recommending candidates.

University Relations (UR) & Early Careers Hiring

• Support campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, campus interviews, and employer branding activities.
• Manage hiring for Fresh Graduates (NCG), Graduate Trainee Programs (GTP), and interns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, polytechnics, and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment drives and early talent engagement programs.

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Collaborate with HR Shared Services (HRSS), compensation & benefits, and hiring managers to ensure seamless hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment progress in Workday  and Eightfold or relevant ATS.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience in hiring for engineering or technical roles is highly preferred.
• Exposure to University Relations (UR) or campus hiring is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Meticulous and good team player.
