The Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the relationship with multiple vendors within our Sales Incubation Team. This role oversees the business performance of each vendor, supports strategic planning, coordinates commercial activities, and acts as the key link between leadership and the vendors. The person will ensure smooth lifecycle management, commercial operations, and business growth.
Manage and develop the vendor relationship across the incubation portfolio.
Act as the link between the vendors and the team's leadership.
Oversee the business performance of each vendor, including plans, activities, deals and follow‑up actions.
Support the team's leadership in coordinating all vendor‑related topics and ensuring operational alignment.
Develop and execute division strategy, including lifecycle management and commercial operations.
Monitor vendor performance trends and business opportunities.
Drive business development initiatives to accelerate vendor growth within TD SYNNEX.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to support execution and ensure vendor success.
Strong experience in sales teams, business development or vendor management.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Background in the IT industry or technology distribution is highly valuable.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and business streams simultaneously.
Strong commercial mindset.
Analytical and organized.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable working in fast‑moving environments.
