Our Newest Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Recruiting Sales Leader to support the robust talent acquisition needs of OneDigital’s clients. The Recruiting Sales Practice Leader serves as a trusted partner to our internal OneDigital partners along with our customers to ensure that they can attract and hire top talent for their organization.
This position will heavily focus on the development and cultivation of practice evangelism and relationship building with our internal partners which will ultimately extend to introductions to our existing and prospective OneDigital clients, including the client’s executive/c-suite, HR contact, leadership team and hiring managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
This role effectively communicates and builds relationships with clients to assess their needs, designs and implements customized solutions that meet or exceed specified engagement results.
Responsibility for the management of client project and/or retainer engagements, onboarding/launches, client service delivery, new business development, and project and resource management.
The Practice Leader will be responsible for identifying and assigning recruiters that are responsible to each client and to monitor the full recruiting cycle to ensure quality production on each requisition assigned.
Sales Leader must continually demonstrate experience and business acumen when working with clients to maintain the appropriate level of support and sales momentum throughout the engagement.
As a brand ambassador for OneDigital, will contribute to innovation and advancement of existing solution capabilities, including cross sales referrals to the OneDigital employee benefits products and all additional services OneDigital offers as well.
Provide expert consultative advice, counsel and guidance as clients select retainer or project-based recruitment support. Looking to retain all business and to convert to retainers as projects gain momentum and duration.
Build consultant talent pipelines to fill current to meet client demand
Act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for our clients, effectively demonstrating our culture and the OneDigital way through all touchpoints and communications with clients
Success will be found as the Sales Leader creates ways to find a seat at the table with out internal stakeholders as they engage with their current book of business and prospects.
Initiate and partner with marketing to support recruitment sales campaigns to expand and saturate markets.
Build relationships with key client executives in HR Consulting and other verticals to generate, develop and pursue leads and close sales.
Creates and executes plans to achieve revenue plans, as well as maintain quality service delivery to existing clients and providing individual, high quality direct, client service delivery.
Deliver OneDigital recruitment education presentations to serve current customers and to engage new/potential customers.
Represent OneDigital with professionalism and confidence.
Attends all applicable regional events in person as a HRC Recruiting brand ambassador to get face time with internal partners and clients/prospects as well.
Participate in all sales/producer related meetings in office at the Atlanta or satellite offices as opportunities arise.
Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements:
10+ years full cycle recruiting experience; agency and/or in-house, required
Proven track record of being a Senior High Level Talent Acquisition Consultant
Bachelor’s degree required
Management experience required (consultant 1099 and employee W2)
Sales, leadership and talent management background needed to lead strategic recruiting efforts
Proven ability to attract and retain outstanding talent and assemble and motivate high performance teams
Demonstrated experience in writing proposals and pricing projects is a plus
Strong PowerPoint skills necessary for proposals and presentations
Analytical and metrics-oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive business and behavioral changes with data
Strong communication and presentation skills – virtual and in person
Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering with internal sales teams and customer contacts from executive level down to hiring manager in varying industries
Effective negotiator, able to bring parties to a consensus through mediation and counsel
Strategic thinker who brings resolution to any challenges and problems throughout recruitment engagement
High degree of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
