The Opportunity
This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Diabetes division. We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
What You'll Do
- Performs a variety of entry-level duties and assists higher-level personnel in research and analysis related to areas such as administrative regulations, policies, processes, procedures, systems, methods, reports, and forms, while learning the fundamental structure, and operations associated with an administrative office in administrative services, academic affairs, or student services.
- Participates in analytic studies by conducting routine research, identifying samples, assembling and compiling data in well-defined areas related to administrative regulations, policies, procedures, systems, methods, reports, and forms.
- Applies basic statistical analysis techniques or, with detailed instructions, more advanced statistical techniques in analyzing data.
- Assists in writing instructions, procedures, and manuals to describe and improve administrative, technology, and operational methods and systems.
- Assists in providing technical support and training to departmental staff on business, technology, and operational activities.
- Fully utilizes the capabilities and functions of standard office software applications such as data management, spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing in completing assigned projects.
- Coding through VBA and Python for Power BI reports on weekly basis.
- Extracting and uploading data into CRM systems like Veeva or Salesforce.
- Prepares reports, presentations, operational documents and correspondence containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content related to business and operational activities subject to review and editing by higher-level staff members.
Required Qualifications
- 2nd / 3rd / 4th year undergrad in a Mathematics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Finance program
- 2 co-op terms completed
- Available for co-op between January and April 2026
