Ensure efficient, safe, and profitable warehouse operations, achieving world-class inventory accuracy.
Optimize processes through continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and operational best practices.
Manage key KPIs including OTIF, productivity, costs, and inventory accuracy.
Secure resources and ensure legal compliance, while supervising warehouse efficiency.
Define and monitor strategic objectives
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Warehousing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain, with proven team leadership.
Demonstrable work experience as Operations Coordinator/Manager or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SAP systems (mandatory).
Advanced/conversational English (mandatory).
Inventory control. Knowledge of safety regulations and legal compliance. Continuous improvement processes (Lean, Six Sigma, OPEX, etc.).
KPI management: design, monitoring, and improvement of key performance indicators (OTIF, delivery reliability, productivity, costs, inventory accuracy, among others).
Project management. Development of high-performance teams: training plans, succession, and recognition.
Microsoft Office, advanced Excel.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization.
