Who you are:

As a Trust Operations Analyst with Frost, you are our quality control. In this role, you are responsible for analyzing operational and client reports to assure accurate and consistent reporting. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to work on projects related to systems and processing changes. Our analyst believe in efficiency and strive to go above and beyond with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Analyze operational and client reports to assure accurate and consistent reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact between various departments and represent Trust operations on projects related to systems and processing changes
  • Handle operational activities that are complex in nature to include payroll processing, asset set-up, investment pricing, amortization/accretion processing, etc.
  • Assist in the training and development of team members to ensure all department members are operation in accordance to established procedures and best practices
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent investment operations experience
  • Understanding of investments, with knowledge of assigned asset class
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications, including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with investment operations, accounting, or performance reporting
