Responsibilities:
As an Oracle Cloud PaaS Consultant at Accenture, you will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Cloud PaaS applications to ensure seamless functionality, system stability, and alignment with business objectives. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to adapt features, manage releases, and enhance application performance while maintaining compatibility and scalability.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, guiding and managing teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will lead team decisions, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives while solving complex challenges across teams. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder, Oracle JAVA Development, and Oracle Cloud Integration will be critical to driving innovation and delivering impactful results.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Cloud PaaS applications, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.

• Utilize Oracle Cloud Visual Builder, Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit (JET), and Oracle Cloud Integration to develop and implement innovative solutions.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Conduct regular assessments of application features and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.

• Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

• Master proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.

• Expert proficiency in Oracle JAVA Development.

• Master proficiency in Packaged Development Estimating, Software Platforms, Oracle Cloud Integration, and Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit (JET).

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage teams and engage with multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions across diverse teams and projects.
