As our Service Manager, you will be the key point of contact for delivering exceptional service and aftermarket support across our range of crushers, feeders, and screens. You’ll lead our service technicians, ensure high-quality repair and maintenance outcomes, and help uphold Terex’s reputation for excellence.


What you will do:

  • Customer Service - Building strong relationships, providing quotations, and ensuring on time and quality work is completed.

  • Workshop & Field Service Leadership - You will oversee all workshop and field servicing and commissioning works, including reporting and inspections while maintaining a safe, organised work environment while ensuring all service work meets quality, safety, and time requirements.

  • Technical & Administrative Execution - Managing each job in the ERP system, planning and documenting work requirements, reviewing job costs to ensure accurate invoicing.

  • Communication, Reporting, & Planning - Providing clear updates on job progress, while managing and reporting customer disputes, conducting market research, supporting annual service planning and budgeting with support from management.

  • People Leadership & Safety - Leading and mentoring our service technicians, providing technical guidance and training, which driving continuous improvements in workplace health and safety.

What you’ll bring:

  • Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a mechanical fitter with proven leadership capability.

  • Experience in mineral crushing and screening (highly desirable).

  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience preferred.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
