About the role

What you need to know:

AIG Thailand seeks an Agency Training and Communication Specialist to bridge internal stakeholders and agents across Thailand. This role involves developing and implementing training and communication programs that align with sales objectives and regulatory requirements, supporting the sales team, enhancing agent performance, and contributing to sales growth and compliance.

What we’re looking for:

·Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Communications, or a related field.

·Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the insurance industry.

·Strong knowledge of non-life insurance products and regulations.

·Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.

·Strong organizational and project management skills.

·Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
