Job Summary:

 

The Finance Analyst supports the control and reconciliation of Direct to Passenger (DTP) revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), shrinkage and wastage on a daily basis and during month-end close. The role is responsible for ensuring revenue and related transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform regular reconciliations to ensure revenue and COGS are accurately recorded between operational systems and SAP.
  • Monitor revenue transactions and investigate missing, delayed or unusual items to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain master data and support the accuracy of finance databases and reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including credit card transactions, accounts receivable (AR) open items and other outstanding balances.
  • Support month-end closing activities by preparing reconciliations and reports in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with finance, commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of transactions.
  • Maintain process documentation and support improvements to reporting and financial controls.
  • Provide support to the team and carry out other duties as assigned by the Senior Financial Analyst.

 

Qualifications

 

Work Experience/Technical skills:

  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Excel intermediate
  • Power Point intermediate
  • Must demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • SQL knowledge is a plus

 

Education:

  • BS/BA or University degree in economics / business

 

Language / Communication Skills:

  • Good level verbal and written English skills
