The Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team has an enterprise-wide focus on Identity, authentication, authorization, and IAM governance. Ensuring users have the right access at the right time for the right reasons. This position is for a Senior Information Security Specialist -reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Security. This role is to act as the functional subject matter expert for the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Separation of Duties (SOD) domain controls focused improving the banks Global IAM security posture.  

Job Description:

We are looking for someone to provide domain specialization and expertise, as well as set direction in driving Role Management and Separation of Duties business needs and strategies. A seasoned IAM domain expert at this level proves influential to senior leaders and imparts valuable guidance and governance to business, technology, and control partners.

  • As a member of an international team of Info Security Specialists/Analysts; establish a forward deploy mindset across the team working with Line of Business as well as Technology partners building SOD Policies and defining Roles.
  • Interface with technology engineering to drive timely delivery of new feature/functionality in the target state Access Management Hub platform aligned with the IAM strategic roadmap.
  • Act as an IAM thought leader, innovator and change agent for programs and services that have potential impact on TD's longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Define role management and separation of duties business framework and capabilities that align with our access management control standards and delivers an improved user experience.
  • Interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices. 
  • Deliver business services, functions and capabilities that optimize the use of process, technology, and our people, and take advantage of TDs scale and operating model.
  • Establish RBAC & SOD governance metrics and reporting, including KRIs and KPIs.
  • Identify control solutions that will increase IAM maturity to align with NIST and FFIEC.
  • Consult on Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting and questions.

Job Requirements: 

  • 10+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Information Security.
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ platform is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in the development of business process and the deployment of IT Security controls, IAM solutions.
  • Experience in the management and operations of Identity and Access Management, preferably in a similar financial institution.
  • Role Automation experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive team player with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to research, analyze and problem-solve issues.
  • Understanding and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Additional Information: 

  • University Degree
  • CISSP or similar security designation
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
