The Junior Graphic Designer supports the production of high-quality, on-brand creative across print, digital, experiential, and presentation formats within the MBX Creative Studio. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is building professional experience in an enterprise creative environment while developing strong design fundamentals, production skills, and brand discipline.

Working under the guidance of senior designers and art directors, the Junior Graphic Designer contributes to a wide range of creative projects while learning to apply brand standards, accessibility principles, and structured production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and production of on-brand creative assets for print, digital, presentations, trade shows, and marketing collateral.
  • Develop layouts, graphics, and visual assets based on established brand guidelines and provided creative direction.
  • Apply typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles consistently across assigned work.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, producers, and content partners to support creative deliverables.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite tools and approved AI-assisted design tools to explore concepts and support production.
  • Organize files, follow production workflows, and maintain version control.
  • Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and make revisions within defined timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience and 2+ years of relevant experience in a corporate or agency design environment. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and visual composition.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $52,000.00 - $94,000.00
