Finance & Control Department in Circle K Business Centre Riga, Latvia, is a part of a Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

Specialist Finance in Accounts Receivable Team

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Incoming bank payment posting to customer accounts
• Payment clearing on customer accounts
• Bank clearing related balance sheet account monitoring
• Serving customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings
• Period closing-related tasks;
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency;
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Participation in improvement projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Degree in economics or finance;
• Proven experience as a specialist in finance field;
• Fluent English language (written and oral)
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Experienced MS Excel user;
• Fast learner with an analytical, organized, and structured approach;
• Customer-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
