Sourcing Lead – Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

As a Sourcing Lead, you’ll build and nurture relationships with suppliers to support the sourcing of essential products and services for NYP. You’ll deliver fact-based solutions that meet organizational needs, while staying ahead of market trends and emerging technologies. Your expertise will help shape a resilient, forward-thinking supply chain that empowers our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage supplier relationships across assigned categories
• Lead RFP processes and supplier evaluations in collaboration with end users
• Partner with department leaders to identify sourcing needs and opportunities
• Stay informed on supply chain trends and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of healthcare experience
• Strong collaborative leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics and innovation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience in finance, strategy, sourcing, or related fields

Salary Range:

$125,000-$140,000/Annual
