About the Role  

Proficiency in mainstream design software. This person will deliver visual communication which achieves Ogilvy’s standard with his/her own aesthetic and professionalism.

 

This role will animate, and edit . Draw and Illustrate any marketing collateral. (Animation, Video, GIFs, FB postings,Emails banners, etc.).

 

Provide quality control over concepts and projects.

 

Preferably proficient in InDesign, Photoshop.

 

Ability to account manage and lead conversations with regional counterparts.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Client Management

    • Understand the Client's brand tonality and meet their requirements in art design.

     

    Strategy

    • Comprehend creative briefings and understand communication strategies.

     

    Creative Leadership

    • Under the leadership of senior designers, produce advertising materials for the company.
    • Complete the Client's daily creative design work independently.
    • Search for material and visual references for the team during the creative preparation process.
    • Have good time management skills and be able to complete work on time.
    • Skilled in relevant design software, with preference given to proficiency in a particular skill.
    • Familiar with trends in the design arena and enjoy sharing with colleagues.
    • Be able to illustrate by hand.
    • Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.

     

    Leadership & People Management

    • Passionate about design, be strict with himself/herself, and create visuals which meet the Ogilvy standard.
    • Can think independently and also understand the arrangements of senior staff.
    • Be able to deal with and relieve stress independently.
    • Focus on each and every detail.
    • Be humble, respect and trust others to create a comfortable working environment.
    • Abide by the WPP Code of Business Conduct.

What You’ll Need  

  • Graduate of any relevant programs or equivalent to the position

  • Must be experienced in creating static and dynamic content for Digital (Social posts/ads, banners, GIF, other dynamic assets). 

     

  • Manage Multiple projects from conception through completion

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
