Supporting Managed Print Services (MPS), The Info. Sys. Tech. Analyst provides responsive quality customer service and support. This role is the Key MPS focal, and escalation point for Baltimore, MD and surrounding locations.
Job Duties include:
- Participates in facilities meetings, supplier oversight and coordination of installation, move and removal activities.
- Performs analysis of customer requirements, may recommend options to meet requirements.
- Responsible for storage media destruction and accountability.
- Responsible for monitoring and communication to maintain/improve Service Level performance.
- Participates in process documentation, knowledge base content, and customer communication materials as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree OR 4 years of relevant experience with an Associates Degree OR 6 years of relevant of experience with a High School Diploma/GED OR a relevant Masters Degree with 0 years of experience.
- Must have experience and understanding of IT Service Delivery.
- Must have an understanding of enterprise print devices and services.
- Knowledge of Managed IT services and tools.
- Data analysis and reporting experience using Excel.
- Understanding of Agile methods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed Print Tools experience is highly preferred.
- Agile experience is nice to have.
- Experience in knowledge management documentation and customer communication is preferred.
Salary Range: $75,700.00 - $113,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
