Description -
We are seeking a Spare Part Material Support Intern to assist our team in supporting and managing escalations and backorders of Indigo products while maintaining relationships between departments and servicing customer needs. As a Spare Part Material Support Intern, you will be responsible for handling urgent escalations and providing feedback to technicians to work on optimal solutions. You will also be responsible for fast responsiveness and execution in a highly cross-functional environment involving engineering, service, product development, and supply chain. Additionally, you will create data solutions to improve and automate processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in handling and managing urgent escalations worldwide and help achieve our KPI’s.
Provide feedback to technicians while working on optimal solutions.
Improve and lead processes in the supply chain operation according to our customers' needs.
Respond promptly in a highly cross-functional environment involving engineering, service, product development, and supply chain.
Create data solutions to improve and automate processes.
Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with logistics or supply chain rules
Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and data analysis
Good understanding of systems in general and information systems in particular
Willingness to perform a role with a logistics orientation.
