Recruitment Services is the recruitment process outsourcing arm of DARTS, Capital A’s shared services business. Its scope of services includes:

  • individual and mass hiring

  • senior and specialist talent search

  • aviation, logistics, lifestyle, e-commerce and fintech roles

  • training for hiring managers

  • recruitment policy advice and guidance

  • local, regional and global sourcing

 

Engagement models will depend on client requirements and include full lifecycle, job/location/process-specific and on-demand RPO.

 

Head, Recruitment Services, is a multi-faceted role combining business acumen, recruitment expertise and leadership skills. The individual serves as a strategic recruitment partner to the business's clients, ensuring their talent needs are met through innovative and efficient recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions. They are also responsible for the overall profitability of the service line, leading and developing a team of experienced recruiters to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Recruitment partnership

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and talent needs.

  • Design and implement appropriate RPO engagement models and solutions, ensuring scalability and flexibility.

  • Monitor and analyse RPO performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients.

  • Be a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on talent acquisition trends and best practices.

 

Business ownership

  • Develop and execute the RPO service line strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

  • Manage the RPO budget and P&L, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.

  • Develop and implement appropriate pricing models and rate cards.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential threats.

  • Drive innovation in the RPO service line, exploring new technologies and delivery models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Team leadership

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of experienced recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure team members meet their goals.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Encourage professional development and continuous learning among team members.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of managing large-scale recruitment. RPO experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management and P&L responsibility.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Formal data training is preferred.
