Build and publish Micron's S&OP supply plan in accordance with corporate strategies and priorities. Support transformation initiatives, process improvement projects and activities, and build and drive improvement to overall S&OP process efficiency and effectiveness. Translate manufacturing capability and roadmap into Sellable Supply that respects WoS targets and create and publishes a feasible manufacturing plan that aligns to constrained demand. Partnering with Global Operations and Strategic Supply Planning to develop factory network and loading strategies, and collaborating with Global Operations to analyze and publish updates to manufacturing boundary conditions and their impacts to Micron's revenue plan. Collaborate with GSM, Manufacturing, R&D, Product engineering teams to collect and analyze impact of yield, quality, technology adjustments, and roadmap changes. Identify process inefficiencies/conflicts, and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts to address the gaps, and driving improvement to process effectiveness and efficiency metrics. Publish 3-year manufacturing plan, sellable supply, and inventory plans. Highlight and drive resolution to planning issues associated with compiling the S&OP Plan that include: excess and shortage to projected inventory targets; gaps between roadmap strategy, manufacturing capability, and market demands. Root cause gaps between supply capability and bottoms up supply/demand match. Build, solve, and communicate impacts of various what-if scenarios for executive approval. Collaborate with Finance to analyze consolidated revenue, margin, and capex impacts of plan changes. Drive improvement to process effectiveness and efficiency metrics. Participate in reviews of the Sales & Operations plan. Collaborate with Demand Management and BUs to understand demand priorities & crafting, risks & opportunities, and business impacts. Understand the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions associated applications used within Micron (i.e. LPI, SPO, Rapid Response, CALM, Tableau, Hana, APO-DP, etc.) & collaborate with partners in Supply Chain and IT drive technology improvements. Collaborate with solutions and master data teams to develop and implement system and process control methods (audits, training, metrics, reference material, etc.). May telecommute from home part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Engineering Management or a related field.
