See Yourself in our Team
We are a high-impact, group-wide program team focused on transforming how risk and control assurance is delivered across the organisation.
As part of the Automated Control Execution & Assurance (ACEA) Program, within Financial Services, Line 1 Risk, we're leading a strategic shift from traditional, manual control testing to continuous, data-driven assurance, leveraging analytics, automation, and AI to deliver near real-time insights into the Bank’s control environment. Operating as a centre of excellence, we partner closely with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to design and build automated control testing solutions. We translate manual processes into scalable, data-led frameworks that enable full-population monitoring, faster detection of control gaps, and more proactive risk management
With a goal is to uplift control performance through advanced analytics and automation, our environment is grounded in pragmatic, hands-on data and analytics delivery, driven by SQL-first methodologies, and core enterprise data.
This balance requires our team to be both technically grounded and forward-looking; able to deliver outcomes today while helping shape what comes next.
As a team, we value curiosity, pragmatism and constructive challenge. We work collaboratively, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and focus on delivering meaningful outcomes that strengthen how the organisation manages risk and controls.
