Position Overview
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
The Senior Manager of Revenue Assurance is responsible for leading and overseeing all revenue assurance functions to ensure accuracy, integrity, and optimization of organizational revenue streams. This role provides steady, strategic leadership to a team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position manages the full lifecycle of vendor contracts, supports complex projects and initiatives, and ensures compliance with established business rules and processes.
This role leverages data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate operational performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements. The Senior Manager partners cross-functionally with internal departments, including IT, finance, legal, operations, and customer service, as well as external stakeholders to implement advanced dashboards, enhance reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the position contributes to long-term planning, budgeting, and resource allocation while effectively communicating complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences and representing the department in leadership and stakeholder forums.
Compensation
This position pays $55.28 per hour ($115,000 annually).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, develop, and manage activities of staff with a calm, steady leadership presence fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, renewing, and monitoring vendor performance.
Manage multiple projects, objectives and deadlines simultaneously.
Review and evaluate business rules and processes, reports, system documentation and other information for revenue assurance that align with organizational goals to drive the development of advanced analytics solutions.
Oversee the implementation of advanced dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Utilize data to evaluate operational performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Support long term planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams (IT, legal, finance, operations, customer service) and external partners.
Communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Represent the department in leadership meetings, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional projects.
Ensure compliance with business rules.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday.
The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations, management, business intelligence, or similar analytical role including two years in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, analyze data, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions.
Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships.
Experience with leading revenue/finance, operational and contractual analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with tolling technologies such as ETC or back-office systems.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker), dashboards, and data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL).
Experience with project planning or strategic frameworks (e.g., OKRs, SWOT, process mapping) is a plus.
Experience in process improvement, change management, or operational transformation.

Proficiency in leading the creation and implementation of data analysis tools (e.g., BI solutions, Excel) including comprehensive dashboards and reports.
Self-directed and self-motivated with a track record of mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, innovative data analytics culture.
Strong project management skills, capable of leading complex projects to successful completion.
