We are seeking an accomplished, highly skilled, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Executive Officer, and on a lighter basis to our Chief People Officer. As a pivotal member of our rapidly growing company, you will play a crucial role in influencing the success of our organization. This role requires someone who excels in intricate planning, overseeing complex logistics, has event planning instincts and expresses extremely strong written and oral communication skills.

Lead coordination efforts for meetings and major company events, providing seamless logistical and strategic support. Collaborate closely with executives to spearhead special projects, providing strategic input and driving results. Personally manage activities at strategic meetings and events, coordinating major communication efforts at high-profile functions.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $142,324 - $177,900*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $136,136 - $170,200*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and stock options.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
