Analyst – International Business Development (Outbound & Inbound)

What this job involves:

• Market Tracking & Opportunity Identification
• Track companies expanding into or out of India across industry sectors
• Monitor news, policy changes, trade agreements, and investment trends
• Identify early signals of market entry that can translate into business opportunities
• Ecosystem Mapping & Stakeholder Identification
• Identify relevant organisations across target countries, including embassies, trade bodies, chambers, and investment agencies
• Identify key stakeholders within these organisations
• Build and maintain a structured database of high-value contacts
• Business Development Support across all JLL service lines 
• Support preparation of client pitches, proposals, and market entry strategies
• Work with internal teams to convert identified connections into meetings, leads, and opportunities
• Relationship Building & Cross-Regional Coordination
• Support outreach and relationship-building with international stakeholders
• Coordinate with India, APAC, and global teams to drive BD initiatives
• Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
• Track BD activities and their impact on pipeline and revenue
• Maintain visibility on opportunities across regions
• Database Management 

Key Skills:

• Strong research and information-gathering capability
• Ability to identify relevant stakeholders and decision-makers
• Commercial awareness and ability to connect insights to business opportunities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in business research, consulting, or BD support roles
• Exposure to international markets or cross-border work preferred
• Experience in real estate, consulting, or professional services is an advantage
