Are you a results-driven sales professional looking to make an impact in the rapidly evolving world of payment solutions? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team!

Global Payments s.r.o. is an established joint venture between Erste Group Bank AG and Global Payments Inc, a leading worldwide provider of payment technology solutions, to provide acquiring and payment processing services to merchants in the Romania, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our innovative technology and exceptional customer service set us apart in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key field representative to develop and drive sales pipeline for our solutions
• Present our payment solutions to prospective clients, showcasing their benefits and value
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends in the allocated territory;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the signed accounts to foster loyalty and upselling opportunities
• Build and maintain referral channels (bank and other partner branches) with the aim of maximizing generation opportunities;
• Understand customer needs, enhance customers’ experience and maximize opportunities;
• Monitor the activity and profitability of the signed deals;
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Who you are

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
• Self-driven and pro-active to achieve sales targets;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills both in Romanian and English ( B1/ B2 level);
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Driving Cat. B (mandatory);
• Available for travel;
• Good computer skills- Microsoft Office.
