Job Description:

The Physician Assistant works in collaboration with a physician/radiologist for assistance in clinical decision-making, case management and evaluation of performance. The Physician Assistant performs radiology procedures as well as interpretations, and provides treatment and nursing care to these patients as needed. The Physician Assistant may also plan, direct, or coordinate medicine and health services in hospitals or clinic departments.Education: ▪ Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Experience: ▪ No Prior Experience Required Skills: ▪ Self motivated individual who can work with little direct supervision ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; tolerance for working with multiple numbers of people ▪ Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills and organizational skills ▪ Proficient computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Needs to obtain PA License ▪ Successful completion of all department specific credentialing within first 90 days of employment
