We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and friendly Regional Coordinator to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time position located in Provo, UT. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment and excels working at an individual level.

This position pays $50,0000 annually.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with Onboarding reps

  • Assist with Incentives for reps

  • Assist with Project Management

  • Assist with Travel and Housing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Requirements:      

  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pace environment, which includes deadlines

  • Ability to learn and work with proprietary software

  • Great organizational skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite

  • Excellent people skills

  • Project management

  • Expense reporting
