This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Commercial and Operations
Your role and responsibilities
you will be developing and maintaining ELDS division sales and segments strategy in specified local Indonesian market scope to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Planning and ensuring execution of divisional sales strategy within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems and/or services in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitoring proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively leading, developing and coaching the sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to exceed the sales targets through high performance
