As Principal Product Manager the Adobe Experience Manager team, you will define the vision, develop the strategy, and the product roadmap. Your focus is on excellence for demanding customers and innovative tooling, collaborating with engineering teams on pioneering technologies.
What you’ll do
Lead product planning from the definition of product strategy and roadmap all the way through to product execution.
Define use cases, product requirements, and Service Level Objectives based on input from customers, the field, and surveying the market/competitive landscape.
Work with a range of customers - sales, marketing, services, operations, support, documentation, engineering - to improve the customer journey.
Manage product by setting investment priorities, ensuring cross-team communication, and guiding the Agile SCRUM software development process with engineering.
Partner with product marketing to develop outbound marketing resources, and present as a leader with a point of view at webinars, industry events, and analyst briefings.
Provide expertise to address blocking issues, drive strategic sales, retain customers, and resolve partner concerns.
Drive field enablement activities, including the creation and delivery of presentation materials, demo assets and scripts, and webinars.
Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to product issues.
What you need to succeed
Experience in cloud-based (SaaS and/or PaaS) software products and technologies, as well as associated go-to-market strategies
Experience in building & delivering cloud software products
Awareness in AI tooling to support the developer experience
Proficient in developing usage scenarios, user stories, and SCRUM agile methodology
Knowledge of Web Content Management and Digital Assets Management is a plus
Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
Skilled at the art of influencing without explicit authority
Excellent written and communication skills - equally able to talk to engineers, senior executives, and customers
Strong analytic skills and ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid argument analysis
Able to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation
Results driven, attention to detail and follow-through
MBA or BA/BS with a minimum of 8 -10 years of product management or equivalent experience
