Job Description
 

Sprinklr is looking for a Director of Solutions Consulting, Partner Solutions.    This role is responsible for leading a global team of Solutions Consultants (SCs) responsible for partnering with our Global and Regional Partnership Ecosystem (Tech Alliances, Channel Partners and GSIs) to educate on platform and solution value/differentiation, validate use cases and co-innovate to drive sales for Sprinklr and our Global Partner eco-system. 

Overall Description 

As the Director, Partner Solutions you will be the primary contact for the Solutions Consultants on your team as well as Global Alliance and Channel Ecosystem leadersYou will be responsible for managing their training, overall development and growth. You regularly observe your team in the field and provide routine feedback. You will guide your team in monthly, quarterly and yearly goal setting exercises, helping them to develop in their current role and gain skills and experience for their long-term career goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring your team is trained on industry specific use cases and product enhancement as the platform continually evolves.  

You will assume responsibility for resource allocation across prioritized partner relationships and sponsored activities, working alongside the Senior Vice President of Alliances and Partnerships and Regional Partnership Managers to align the appropriate resource for the partner activity/event based on tenure and experience 

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Lead, Coach, and Grow a Team of Solutions Consultants: 

  • Recruit and retain top talent with Partnership Experience across one or more of the following:  Service, Marketing, Advertising, Social, Insights, Integration, and AI. 

  • Act as the primary contact for Partners and partner Leaders globally  

  • Allocate SC resources effectively across partner led engagements and provide support as needed. 

  • Train and support the SC team in delivering value propositions, product demos and co-innovating with partners 

  • Initiate and lead projects to develop team capabilities and improve organizational structure and offerings.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product-market fit, pricing, packaging, GTM sales plays, M&As, etc. 

 

  • Training and Development: 

  • Manage the training and growth of the SC team. 

  • Provide regular feedback from field activities. 

  • Guide the team in setting and achieving goals. 

  • Ensure the team is trained on industry-specific use cases and product updates. 

 

  • Business Leadership: 

  • Provide technical leadership to engineering and development teams. 

  • Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. 

  • Advise and influence the GTM of complex software systems. 

  • Incorporate human-centric design principles and facilitate design thinking workshops to create intuitive solutions. 

  • Provide thought leadership and consultation to sales and business leaders within Sprinklr for product positioning and sales strategies 

 

Desired Skills and Experience:  

  • 10+ years of enterprise-scale experience in presales or solutions consulting. 

  • 8+ years of presales management experience. 

  • 5+ years working with Partners / Alliances 

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role in an enterprise software company. 

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. 

  • Expertise in human-centric design workshops to drive customer-focused solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices. 

  • Extensive experience in complex system design and integration. 

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise marketing strategies and best practices. 

  • Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members. 

  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. 

  • Well versed in data architecture, API design and AI LLM Models

Compensation Range

$161,000 - $215,000 - $269,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
