How we work:
Our engineering team is comprised of a number of tribes that operate independently, making sure we benefit from flat hierarchies and scalability. Each tribe is a self-sufficient unit with full ownership of its area. Developers have a lot of freedom: they get to pick missions to work on, and when they’re done with a mission they’re back at the launchpad keeping the show on the road and recovering before the next mission.

At Contactivity, we apply our expertise to help our customers plan and communicate within Pipedrive. We own features such as activities, contacts, calendar management, video calling integrations, scheduler, and more to streamline and optimize sales communications.
You’ll be joining one of our most versatile tribes, and as our business continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on new roles and interesting challenges.

Frontend: javascript, TypeScript, React.js.
Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, and Fastify. Some PHP.
Storage and messaging: ElasticSearch, MySQL, Kafka, Redis, and some CouchDB.
Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
