ROLE SUMMARY
This position is responsible for Consumer Marketing of Primary Care portfolios (Prevenar 20 Ped, Adult and other Vaccines), which are Direct-To-Consumer promotion brands, by leading consumer strategy and launching compelling DTC campaigns.
This position directly reports to Primary Care BU Lead. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious marketer to develop breakthrough integrated Direct To Consumer Brand campaigns and experiences that drive measurable business impact and inspire consumers to engage with Pfizer in new ways.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Consumer Strategy Planning & Implementation
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution for consumer platforms of branded vaccines (Prevenar 20 PED&Adult and other vaccines)
- Develops innovative communication strategic plans to increase disease awareness / brand awareness through DTC, Consumer campaign and media plan, collaborating with product marketing team.
- Oversee and manage agency of record in the delivery of breakthrough creative and end-to-end execution, ensuring clear scopes of work, excellence in creative and production and timely and efficient budget management
- Ensures effective implementation of designated promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes
- Develops and monitors KPI to ensure effectiveness in terms of ROI of the campaigns
Cross-divisional Teamwork
- Understands the inter dependency of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders
Market Intelligence
- Analyzes and interprets market insights from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making
- Synthesize and deeply understand consumers, brands, markets, audiences, and competitive insights to develop and optimize effective DTC campaigns
Expense Management
- Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit target
Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders (including government of Korea)
- Builds positive relationships with key customers/ stakeholders (opinion leaders) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations.
- Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or above
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 3-4 years in ETC/ OTC marketing in Pharmaceutical industry or PR/MKT experiences in consumer brands
- Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written both Korean & English
