Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also facilitate communication among team members and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate project meetings to ensure alignment and progress. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of project management principles. - Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
