We are searching for the best talent for Senior Product Manager
Purpose: Responsible for leading strategy and commercialization efforts for neuroscience brands in Taiwan within Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine franchise. This includes end-to-end product ownership from market analysis through execution, ensuring alignment with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning: Define and implement brand strategies, marketing initiatives, and positioning for neuroscience products.
Market Analysis & Intelligence: Conduct market assessments and competitor reviews to highlight growth opportunities and adapt strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of product plans.
KOL & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with KOLs, academia, and industry experts to strengthen product positioning.
Sales Support & Training: Equip sales teams with training materials, promotional tools, and product messaging to drive uptake.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and ROI; refine strategies based on insights.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with J&J policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
