Job Description:
The Staff Technical Product Manager will play a pivotal role within Walmart's eCommerce Marketplace, focusing on creating a seamless end-to-end journey from assortment program enablement to seller onboarding, and driving success in key vertical categories. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in eCommerce and analytics, who will lead the development and execution of product strategies that enhance the digital experience for millions of Walmart customers while supporting the growth of Marketplace sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy Development: Define the overarching vision and strategy for Categories products within Walmart’s Marketplace. Leverage domain expertise, market trends, and best practices to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
End-to-End Journey Optimization: Drive the creation of a frictionless journey from assortment program enablement to seller onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both sellers and customers.
Marketplace Seller Success: Develop and execute strategies that empower Marketplace sellers, providing them with the right tools and resources to succeed in a competitive environment.
Customer-Centric Digital Experience: Champion the enhancement of the digital shopping experience for Walmart customers, ensuring that they can seamlessly discover and secure the best deals on non-new items across all digital touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives. Act as a liaison between the technical and business teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data insights to inform product decisions, measure success, and iterate on strategies to continuously improve product performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related area and 6 years’ proven experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics), We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
