Our mission is to empower the Customer Success Management team and drive strategic growth through the effective use of Marketing Technology Platforms. By leveraging data insights and fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making, we aim to enhance customer communication, improve user retention, and maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for our expansive product portfolio.

Goals:

  • Boost Platform Adoption: Increase user adoption of Marketing Technology Platforms.

  • Drive Data Insights: Achieve an increase in customer messaging engagement and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Foster Experimentation: Raise A/B testing adoption across the company and present at various internal and external knowledge sharing sessions and conferences.

What You’ll Do in This Role:

  • Analyze customer data and the usage of our platforms by internal customers.

  • Work with Jupyter notebooks and experiment with various machine learning models.

  • Troubleshoot potential data issues.

  • Set up A/B testing experiments and guide others in following best practices for experimentation.

  • Showcase new platform features in knowledge-sharing sessions (prepare hackathons, workshops, presentations).

  • Actively seek new opportunities and gaps in our platforms, collaborating with PMs and engineering teams to address them.

  • Assist in coding and setting up In Product Messaging campaigns.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role:

  • Experience with A/B testing at a statistical level.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Data science experience with statistical analytics.

  • Experience using machine learning models.

  • Proficiency in Python programming for data science.

  • Familiarity with Python/Jupyter Notebooks (or equivalent).

  • Previous experience with Marketing Technologies or Customer Success Management is a plus.

  • Coding experience (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
