Job Description:

1. 负责区域内医院(涵盖三甲医院、专科医院及重点基层医疗机构)的客户开发与维护,重点对接普外科、骨科、心血管科、妇科、美容整形科等核心科室的临床医生、非临及手术室的客户维护,建立长期稳定的合作关系。

2. 制定并执行区域年度、季度、月度销售计划,精准分解销售指标,通过学术推广、产品演示、临床支持等方式,完成缝线产品的销售任务与市场份额提升目标。

3. 开展专业化产品科室会与临床培训,清晰传递强生缝线的材质特性、操作要点及抗菌优势,协助客户优化手术缝合方案。

4. 实时收集区域内市场动态、竞品信息(产品性能、价格策略、推广模式)及客户反馈,定期形成市场分析报告,为公司销售策略调整和产品迭代提供依据。

5. 参与区域内医疗展会、学术研讨会等推广活动,搭建产品展示与技术交流平台,提升强生缝线的品牌影响力;协助处理客户在产品使用中的咨询与售后问题,保障客户满意度。

6. 严格遵守医疗行业合规要求及公司商业准则,规范管理销售流程与客户资料,确保销售工作合法合规。
