We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support Product Office Leadership on the SGT STOUT vehicle and system. In this position, you will provide Subject Matter Expert expertise in Air Defense Operations, testing, logistics, and weapons system integration. You will also verify test plans of various types of testing including user, Integration, performance, and live fire testing.  Strong written and oral communication is a key skillset.  You must be able to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills. This position extends across doctrine and training, training integration, training devices, programs of instruction, materiel release, technical manual publications, engineering, and system safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fielding schedule to ensure on-schedule deliveries.
• Support CONUS and OCONUS unit Gunnery Certifications.
• Support and act as a liaison for active duty and national guard units.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the Services and Industry.
• Support training and demonstration events.
• Support SGT Stout internal and external IPTs and WGs.
• Develop program management and technical information papers, briefings, and reports.  

Required

• BS or BA degree
• 20 years of related experience
• 7 years of direct T&E experience with Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems such as PATRIOT, SGT Stout, SHORAD, IBCS, & LTAMDS
• Microsoft Office Suite and in particular MS PowerPoint
• 25% travel
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
