Project Role : Inside Sales Representative
Project Role Description : Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.

Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with a predefined target list of client and potential client decision makers. Your typical day will involve utilizing a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities, originating new leads, and advancing qualified opportunities through the sales cycle. You will also assist customers in onboarding and expanding their usage of products, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey with us. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in B2B/B2C Sales. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Sales and Channel Management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Proficient in using sales software and tools to enhance productivity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
