Job Summary

As a SDET, you will make a significant contribution to increase the quality of the products, documenting new test, automating tests to increase coverage and maintain a safety net. As part of the responsibilities is to be a solution-oriented and proactive person.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Automate tests through the use of test automation tools;
  
• Interact with the Software Development team in order to complete ticket cycles;
  
• Analyze system and applications and propose test strategy;
  
• Participate in technical discussions with the customer;
  
• Coordinate with the development team to drive product quality;
  
• Report/Monitor/Verify issues in defect tracking tool (JIRA);
  
• Continuously improve the automation, speed, quality, and ease of testing;
  
• Create Test Cases and execute manual tests;
  
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where talent is valued over a role title.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Experience with Javascript for testing and NodeJS applications;
  
• Knowledge of creating scripts using automated testing tools and end-to-end test framework;
  
• Good Web testing experience (React app);
  
• Basic REST API testing experience;
  
• Docker;
  
• CI/CD Pipeline (Jenkins, Bitbucket webhooks).
  
  

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience developing test cases/plans and ability to analyze code to identify the root cause of issues;
  
• Experience working with testing tools: Cypress;
  
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum / Kanban environment;
  
• Medium Linux knowledge.
