Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Market Management Teams for assigned market segments.
• Develop and execute a 5-year market growth strategy and annual business plans.
• Define product concepts, customer value propositions, business models, and customer experiences.
• Drive demand generation initiatives and manage segment-specific opportunity pipelines.
• Partner closely with Sales, Technical Service & Development, and other key functions to accelerate growth with existing and new customers.
• Own portfolio strategy and innovation pipelines to maximize business performance.
• Lead commercialization and market launch activities for new products and technologies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive effective marketing communications in partnership with Business Communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, product management, market development, commercialization, commercial strategy, or related business functions.
• Proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful growth initiatives and commercial outcomes.
• Experience working effectively within global, matrixed organizations.
• Technical knowledge of the chemical, materials, pharmaceutical, or related industries is advantageous.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30%.
