Summary: As a Data Science Practitioner, you will be responsible for formulating, designing, and delivering AI/ML-based decision-making frameworks and models for business outcomes. Your typical day will involve measuring and justifying AI/ML-based solution values using your expertise in Data Science. Roles & Responsibilities: • +10 years of experience in similar roles. • Guide a team of AI professionals in developing cutting-edge solutions for health and public services. • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient AI models and algorithms. • Work on pioneering AI initiatives that can transform client services and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Conduct and lead research that contributes to the advancement of the AI field, with a focus on practical applications Professional & Technical Skills: • Proficient in a wide range of AI techniques (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning). • Expertise in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages. • In-depth knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). • Proficiency with data science toolkits and platforms. • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to AI and machine learning services. • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. • Strong background in software development best practices and understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Additional Information: • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of AI professionals. • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment. • Design and develop AI-based applications using machine learning techniques, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, natural language processing, and other related technologies. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions. • Strong ethical framework for AI development and an understanding of bias, fairness, and accountability in AI systems. • Commitment to staying current with the latest AI research and technological advancements. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
