About the Team

The Global Field and Go To Market (GFM) team consists of Digital, Campaigns, Field, Partner, Services and Industry marketing globally at Workday, responsible for building fully integrated marketing plans to generate demand and accelerate pipeline in the markets we serve across the globe.

Our customer service organization is central to delivering a standout experience, and we’re looking for a senior marketing professional with proven expertise in marketing strategy, messaging, and storytelling—ideally within the cloud software industry—to amplify the impact of our customer services and support offerings.

In this pivotal role, Principal, CX Solutions Marketing, you'll help to craft the voice of Workday Services, develop compelling narratives that showcase their value and drive customer engagement, growth, and satisfaction.



What you'll achieve:

Become a trusted advisor: Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and develop messaging that resonates.

Champion customer success: Design and execute marketing strategies that highlight customer wins and demonstrate the impact of Workday's services.

Drive impactful campaigns: Develop integrated marketing plans that align with Workday's overall narrative and amplify our commitment to customer success.

Lead with compelling content: Create a wide range of engaging content (e.g., presentations, case studies, web copy) to support sales and customer success teams.

Be a data-driven storyteller: Analyze customer insights and market trends to inform messaging and optimize campaign performance.

Basic Qualifications:

12+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology solutions.

Proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives across various channels.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
