Job Summary
• This role is responsible for business SME, providing full support to finance team, operation team on flash management, use data and insight to help operation team manage financial performance proactively and effectively.


Responsibilities
• Engage with finance team and operation team to streamline and standardize Flash process

• Support Project Fusion to enable CCC financial dashboard

• Use data analytics and insight to help operation team improve flash accuracy

• Design and standardize POR saving logic, design cost per HC/case/contact/minutes logic

• Design and support POR saving metrics

• Engage with operation to enable local value capture initiatives and saving tracking

• Support finance and business team to enable cost per case view in CSTAR for both transactional business and contractual business

• Use data analytics to understand CCC cost driver

• Support financial audit


Education & Experience Recommended
• Typically, 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.

• Strong data and reporting, data analytics experience.

• Deep financial management knowledge and experience

• Good at stakeholder management
