HV Breakers (High Voltage Breakers) is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the development, production and sale of high voltage breakers for both AC and DC power systems. High voltage plays an important role in reliable and energy efficient power systems.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Project management
  • Customer contacts (verbal and writing)
  • Internal coordination (planning and production)
  • Project documentation System handling in ERP system
  • Customer visits
  • Witnessing of routine tests in the workshop

Your background

  • High school education or other experiences
  • Knowledge in contracts, delivery and payment terms is a merit
  • Good skills in using Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Swedish is required, both written and spoken. Other languages will be a merit.
