Job Description:
UPS is seeking a strategic and consultative Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team and support all facets of talent sourcing and recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own, develop, and facilitate methods to successfully identify, recruit, hire, and onboard best in-class talent. The successful candidate will be energetic, collaborative and inquisitive with a strategic mindset, as well as possess experience creating and implementing global talent acquisition strategies and programs.
This role is based in Colombia and ensures requisition needs are met, provides recruiting support for hiring teams, monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance and makes recommendations for process improvement. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist develops relationships with prospective talent and hiring partners and creates/manages talent pipelines for future opportunities.

· Minimum one year of full life cycle recruiting experience.
· Bachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree).
