Job Description:

The Senior Project Coordination Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, and tracking activities related to the development, deployment, and upgrade of software and hardware systems. This role ensures project schedules are maintained by troubleshooting issues, applying established processes, and recommending preventive measures. A key focus is the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure across logistics hubs and warehouse facilities.

This position requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of UPS operations. The analyst will coordinate infrastructure deployments and implementations, ensuring successful execution and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Coordination

• Lead the design and implementation of IT systems including Wi-Fi, server rooms, CCTV, access control, and workstations.
• Manage critical path milestones for planning and execution.
• Oversee procurement of IT hardware based on standardized designs and business requirements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and security teams to align IT deployments with logistics timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware delivery, installation, and compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and project calls to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Logistics Integration

• Understand and support warehouse workflows across various UPS business units.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT deployments and vendor support.
• Ensure compliance with information security and operational standards.

Experience & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with UPS-standard hardware and software.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure project management.
• Experience using Microsoft Project to develop IT infrastructure plans.
• Working knowledge of SMC and change management processes.
• Solid understanding of IT equipment and UPS standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of assessing business needs.
• Strong command of English (written, spoken, and reading).
• Flexibility to adjust working hours based on project demands.
• Ability to work effectively with international and corporate teams.
• Experience overseeing cabling, rack installation, patch panels, and network provisioning.
• Skilled in managing procurement of UPS IT systems based on approved designs from owning teams.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2
• ITIL Foundation Certification
