The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

The Business Office Lead of the Citi Solution Center (CSC) Site coordinates and manages all site-related activities and events. This role will report into the Asia South Cluster CSC Network Lead and will provide direct support to the site head and collaborate with site businesses and site leadership teams. The network site lead also shares best practices with other global CSC sites and implements programs in the Manila location. This includes managing ad-hoc projects, town halls, employee engagement programs, presentations, reporting, and site culture initiatives.
In this role, you are expected to:
Direct support to the CSC Site Head and site leadership team (SLT) to drive execution of the site and CSC Network strategy
Partner with CSC Cluster Network Lead in the execution of Network strategic priorities
Collaborate with the site head to define and implement site initiatives to drive employee engagement
Coordinate and ensure the efficient operation of the site, including monthly leadership and engagement activities
Work with partners in RES, HR, CTI, and CSIS to ensure the site is well run and issues are tracked and resolved timely
Present key metrics and insights to senior site leaders, lead /facilitate employee advisory groups
Maintain site budget, Forward Book of Events and site VOE action plan
Collaborate with business/function heads to host/organize EMT visits to the CSC
Coordinate site level resource and location strategy (R&LS) – to include reviewing headcount and seating capacity
Ensure the smooth operation of business office activities support the site communications lead
Develop materials for senior stakeholder engagement and governance forums
Support onboarding of new businesses and services into the CSC
Partner with HR on delivery and implementation of key site priorities (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, learning, culture, internal mobility, employee retention and recognition programs)
Oversee community engagement, represent Citi at community events and at member business association meetings
Select and champion site social responsibility initiatives. Tracks participation and publicize accomplishments
Prepare metrics, headcount plans, technology issues and site wide issue tracking and resolution
Act as the CSC on-site liaison for engagement networks
Manage/organize CSC events, including quarterly employee recognition and engagement events
Lead/coordinate VOE strategy initiatives
Work with site SLT to address employee pain points
Create and execute overall communication plans for the site (e-mail blasts, newsletters, Sharepoint, etc.)
Act as Lead Business Fire Safety Officer (BFSO) for ROHQ
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders is preferred
Proficient in use of AI tools to draft content and analyze data
Experience with databases and information management
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Competencies:
Strong experience managing business operations, events, and/or programs
Experience in community relations and partnering with key external stakeholders
Highly developed communication, interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing deadlines and schedules
