Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the global design efforts for Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service and Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) Cloud Service Advanced Edition. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Oracle Retail MFP, a strong background in Enterprise and Solution Architecture frameworks, and a proven ability to deliver innovative, large-scale solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global design and implementation of Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service and Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning Cloud Service Advanced Edition.
• Architect end-to-end integrated solutions that leverage Oracle Retail MFP and align with client organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex business challenges, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements, address challenges, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Design innovative solutions to optimize inventory planning and merchandise financial planning processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop comprehensive architectural designs, solution specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with solution strategies and client expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Technical Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail Inventory Planning Optimization Cloud Service and Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning Cloud Service Advanced Edition.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Solution Architecture principles.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, large-scale solutions in a global environment.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is an asset.

Other Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Oracle Retail solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
• Ability to work as part of global, matrixed, and remote teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Self-driven with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
