TaskUs is looking for a Wellness and Resiliency Senior Coach to lead and promote our “Frontline First” approach to ensure our employees are productive, resilient and enjoy coming to work. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: improving the wellbeing of employees. We’re looking for people who are passionate and have the desire to provide coaching interventions to bolster employee resilience, help them reach goals and/or overcome obstacles.  

Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Wellness and Resiliency Manager/Sr Manager in leading the team by fulfilling assigned leadership and management tasks - coach observations, progress monitoring, data collection and reporting, to name a few

  • Under the guidance of the Manager/Sr Manager, supervises other coaches and is accountable for performance and goal completion of a specific group/campaign/shift

  • Leads the team in the absence of the W&R Manager

  • Initiates and leads specific programs, activities and projects assigned by the Manager or Director of Wellness and Resiliency

  • Designs and facilitates more advanced (i.e., leadership, customized) wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programming

  • Collaborates with other professionals, conducts research and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needs

  • Proactively checks-in with teammates and invites them to individual coaching or group sessions  in person, by phone, via email, or video platforms

  • Provides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics 

  • Partners in the creation and implementation of individual action plans

  • Evaluates data and checks in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of their achievement of their set goals

  • Schedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions and is assigned more complex coaching issues by the Manager

  • Creates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentation

  • Collaborates with other professionals and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needs

  • Assesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals

  • Reports accurate and consistent data following designed processes and using prescribed tools

  • Attends activities and completes all  development programs and training sessions required by the department and the company

  • Prepares monthly scorecards, business review deck and presents on business reviews for specific clients

  • Prepares a quarterly event with other senior coaches for a coaches’ catch-up

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks*

  • Minimum 3 years experience in coaching or counseling

  • Minimum 2 years experience leading a team or a project

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills

  • Above Average fluency in written and spoken English** 

  • A strong desire to help others

  • Flexibility to work  with shifting hours

  • Proficient  in office software applications 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Life Coaching

  • Licensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, or Psychometrician

  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks

  • Experience in and general knowledge of mental health care
